If you would like us to ship via an existing customer account you will have the option to do so after concluding the checkout process.
Certain distribution restrictions preclude us from shipping all of our products to all specific geographical locations. Additionally, some carriers may not be able to deliver to a P.O. Box, so please provide a full physical address when you order. We will notify you via email after receiving your email if we can’t ship the products you’ve ordered to the address you’ve specified.

Orders totaling $500 or more qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will ship the next business day.
Large orders may ship via motor freight (4-7 business days transit) at the sole discretion of A4binder.com.
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from A4binder.com. If you are not pleased with anything you receive from A4binder.com, we will gladly issue a refund:
- Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be returned in new condition and exactly as they were packaged when ordered.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Custom and pre-drilled items may not be returned.
- 20% repackage / restock fee on all returns.
- Credit will be issued in the same manner as original purchase.
- Credit will be issued after returned merchandise is inspected.
- Customer pays for return shipping charges.
